Introduction to
water well drilling rig
Water well drilling rig consists of crawler plate and crawler pin. The track pin connects each track plate to form a track link. There are holes at both ends of the crawler board, which are meshing with the driving wheel, and induction teeth in the middle, which are used to regulate the crawler, and prevent the crawler from falling off during steering by the well drilling machine. On the side in contact with the ground, there are anti-skid bars (referred to as pattern) to improve the robustness of the crawler board and the adhesion between the crawler and the ground. The well drilling site also has support sprocket, support wheel, drive wheel and rail link.
Water well drilling rig cleaning
When cleaning the drill, the sludge on the lower walking body should be cleaned at the same time. After the operation, whether the operator should also clean the sludge on the lower walking body while cleaning the cab, if there is sludge attached to the lower walking body. The relevant parts cannot be checked. Therefore, please be sure to remove the sludge, and the lower walking body for inspection and maintenance.
Maintenance of
well drilling rig
During the construction of rotary drilling machine, the tension of crawler belt should be adjusted according to the soil quality, so as to deal with the difference of soil quality in different construction sites. This will also extend the life of the machine. When the soil is soft, it is easy to adhere to the soil on the track and rail link, so, the track should be adjusted slightly looser, to prevent the adhesion of the soil and the abnormal stress imposed on the rail link. In the construction site full of pebbles, the track should also be slightly loose, so that when walking on the pebbles, can avoid the track plate bending. On firm, flat ground, it is best to set the track a little tighter. Treads tensioning adjustment: if the treads tensioning, will appear walking speed and walking power drop phenomenon. This not only results in a decrease in operating efficiency, but also in abnormal wear due to excessive friction applied to the pins and bushing. On the contrary, if the crawler adjustment is too loose, the crawler slack on the drive wheel and support sprocket, causing greater wear or damage. Moreover, when the loose track droops too much, it may come into contact with the rack and damage the rack. In this way, even if the strengthened lower part of the walking body, if not properly adjusted, will lead to the occurrence of unexpected failure.
