Instructions For Use Of Pneumatic Percussion Drill

Pneumatic percussion drilling is mainly used for installing pipelines, power lines, anchor bolts, chemical plants, refineries, construction, heavy industry, dangerous humid gas tunnels, underwater and narrow space operations on the rock, brick walls, concrete and other components; Especially in high-gas explosion-proof mine, pneumatic explosion-proof without spark can better reflect its safety. Pneumatic percussion drill structure and working principle pneumatic percussion drill by the handle body, pressure handle, cylinder, head, push rod and so on. The compressed air enters the pressure handle by the connection pipe of the trachea for air volume regulation and enters the cylinder. Then the push rod adjusts the air into the impact rotation or simple impact, so as to achieve the impact or rotation effect.

Instructions for use of pneumatic percussion drill

Before work to add lubricating oil, unscrew the handle of the plug can be refueling. Clean the duct and connect to the machine. A pressure of 0.5 ~ 0.6Mpa is preferred. Rock drilling thrust should be appropriate. Too much thrust will reduce the revolution of drill pipe and affect working efficiency. Thrust is insufficient, the machine jump, also affect the efficiency, and easy to damage the drill. The thrust can be adjusted by the grip force of the press handle.

Pneumatic percussion drill method of use

Before drilling, mark the position of the hole on the wall with a pencil or chalk and strike the center of the hole with a center punch. Then choose a straight, sharp, lossless impact drill with the same aperture.

Open the card head, insert the drill into the bottom, and tighten the card head with the key of the card head.

Select appropriate drilling rate. Low speed for large aperture and high speed for small aperture. When drilling hard walls and stones, connect the impact attachment of the drill.

Hold the impact drill firmly with both hands and press the drill tip into the pit impacted by the center punch so that the drill and the wall are at an Angle of 90°.
