The hydraulic structure of diamond bits is divided into two categories.A type of natural diamond drill and TSP drill, in which the drilling fluid flows out of the central water hole and disperses across the surface flume of the bit to cool, clean and lubricate cutting teeth on the bit face.The other type is used for PDC drills, where the drilling fluid flows out of the water hole and is dispersed through various shunt elements to the drill face for cooling, cleaning and lubrication of the cutting teeth.The location and quantity of water holes of PDC bits depend on the structure of the bits.
The diameter protection part of diamond material plays the role of centralizing bit and ensuring that the well diameter is not reduced during drilling.

3. The application field of diamond tools is narrow, the product variety is single, the quality is not stable, and some product technical quality standards are confusing, and there is no unified management standard and standard for product quality inspection and supervision.
4. The production equipment and overall technical level of diamond tools are relatively backward, and some advanced new technologies and new technologies are slow to be promoted and applied.
5. The scale of production enterprises is generally small, the production is not concentrated, the technology is poor, the market competitiveness is lacking, and the economic efficiency is not high.
6. Insufficient investment in diamond tools production, new product development and technological research.
