The general pneumatic pavement breaker has only one crushing hammer. After the lifting drive chain lifts the crushing hammer, the crushing hammer falls and hits the road surface, and the hoisting transmission chain needs to idle for half a cycle before it can lift the crushing hammer again, causing time delays. Waste and fuel waste when the machine is idling, and the efficiency is not high; moreover, when the pneumatic pavement breaker is moved, it is necessary to manually lift the pneumatic pavement breaker and then move the machine, which is very inconvenient to operate. The double-hammer pneumatic pavement breaker alternately lifts two crushing hammers through two hoisting transmission chains, making full use of the entire rotation cycle of the hoisting transmission chain, and the two hoisting transmission chains can lift the crushing road twice per cycle In addition, the crushing hammer hanging device can easily hang the crushing hammer, avoiding the trouble of manually lifting the crushing hammer when moving the crusher. Therefore, its overall efficiency is more than doubled.
Installation and test drive
1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing, pay attention to the verticality of the main body and the level.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts of various parts are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is tightened. If so, please tighten it.
4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the equipment.
5. After the inspection is completed, carry out an empty-load test run, and the production can be carried out when the test run is normal.
