The air-leg rock drill uses a pneumatic leg instead of manpower to work against the rock drill, thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity of the workers. The main advantage of internal combustion rock drills is that they are easy to carry.
When the pneumatic rock drill is working, the air pressure alternately enters the back cavity and the front cavity of the cylinder, pushing the piston to move back and forth. The same pressure also acts on the back cover or front cover of the cylinder, causing the rock drill to move backward or forward. Therefore, the rock drill vibrates to generate drilling force. Then let me explain the matters needing attention in its use!
1. The machine is filled with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. It should be disassembled and cleaned before use. When reassembling, the mating surface should be coated with lubricating oil before it can be used. 2. When connecting the air pipe, the debris in the pipe must be blown out to avoid damage to the parts in the debris machine. 3. Before starting the machine, you must carefully check whether the operating mechanism and running parts are assembled correctly and reliably. Fill the lubricator with lubricating oil and adjust the amount of lubricating oil. 4. At the end of the machine's work, the water source should be cut off and then run lightly for a while, and the residual water droplets in the machine should be blown out to prevent the parts from rusting. 5. Pay attention to regular maintenance and repair of commonly used machines. Check at least once a week, remove the internal dirt of the machine, and replace damaged and failed parts. 6. If the used machine is stored for a long time, it must be disassembled, washed, degreasing, and placed in a cool and dry place.
Hand-held rock drills must be supported with great strength, and the violent vibrations are directly transmitted to the human body, which makes people easily fatigued and affects health. It is currently an obsolete product. The air-leg rock drill uses a pneumatic leg instead of manpower to work against the rock drill, thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity of the workers. The main advantage of internal combustion rock drills is that they are easy to carry. The column guide rail type rock drill travels on the guide rail, and the drilling range is limited. Rock drilling rigs include crawler type, tire type and track type. They all have specially designed special sites on which one or several rock drills are installed to perform drilling work from different directions and angles at the same time. Most of them are used in mining tunnels and Inside the tunnel.
