During the construction of the water well drilling rig, the crawler tension should be adjusted according to the soil quality to cope with the differences in soil quality at different construction sites. Doing so can also extend the service life of the machine. When the soil is soft, soil is easy to adhere to the track and rail link. Therefore, the crawler should be adjusted slightly to prevent abnormal stress on the rail link due to the attachment of soil. When the water well drilling rig is on a construction site full of pebbles, the crawler should also be adjusted slightly, so that when walking on the pebbles, the crawler shoe can be avoided from bending. When the ground is firm and flat, it is best to adjust the track slightly tighter. Adjustment of crawler tension of water well drilling rig: If the crawler is too tight, the walking speed and walking power will decrease. This will not only cause a decrease in work efficiency, but also cause abnormal wear due to excessive friction applied to the pin and bushing. On the contrary, if the track of the water well drilling rig is adjusted too loosely, the track will slack on the driving wheel and the supporting wheel, causing greater wear or damage. Moreover, when the loose track sags too much, it may come into contact with the frame and damage the frame. In this way, even if it is a reinforced lower walking body, if it is not adjusted correctly, it will cause unexpected failures.
