1. The function of the cooling system of the
water well drilling rig
When the engine of the
water well drilling rig is working, a large amount of heat is generated due to fuel combustion and friction between moving parts, which causes the temperature of the parts to rise, especially the parts that are in direct contact with the combustion gas have a higher temperature. Without proper cooling, the engine will not be guaranteed normal work.
2. The composition of the cooling system of the
water well drilling rig
Water well drilling rig is composed of water pump, oil cooler, thermostat, cylinder head, cylinder body, radiator inlet pipe, water pump inlet, radiator, fluid tank, fan and other components.
3. The role of thermostat for water well drilling rig
Adjust the cooling intensity of water with the load of the water well drilling rig engine and the temperature of the water, shorten the warm-up time, reduce fuel consumption and wear of machine parts.
4. Cooling fluid circulation method of
water well drilling rig
(1) Small loop
When the engine temperature of the water well rig is low (below 83℃), the main valve is closed and the bypass valve is opened; thermostat-small circulation pipe-water pump-oil radiator-water jacket-thermostat
(2) Great circulation
When the engine temperature of the water well drilling rig is high (above 95℃), the main valve is fully opened and the bypass valve is closed; water tank-water pump-oil radiator-water jacket-thermostat-large circulation pipe
(3) Mixed cycle
When the temperature of the water well rig engine is between the two, the main valve and the bypass valve are both partially open; the size and circulation of the coolant exist simultaneously.
5. Coolant for
water well drilling rig
The quality of the water well drilling rig cooling fluid will firstly affect the cooling effect of the water well drilling rig, and secondly, it will affect the life of the cooling system components, such as cylinder liner and water pump. Coolant and water are different. Coolant is a mixture of a cooling system protection fluid and water.
