In order to avoid excessive pressure loss of the pipeline, the length of the gas pipe from the gas source to the machine does not exceed 15 meters, and the diameter of the pipe joint is not less than 20 mm. The working air pressure of the air leg rock drill is one of the factors that directly affect the rock drilling efficiency, economic effect and the service life of parts. The air drilling speed of the air leg rock drill increases with the increase of air pressure, but the air pressure is too high, the vibration of the machine is also large,
air leg rock drill is easy to damage the drill, and the parts are also worn fast; the air pressure is too low to fully exert the efficiency of the machine. Therefore, the working pressure of the machine is generally 0.4~0.63Mpa.
The working water pressure of the
air leg rock drill should be lower than the working pressure of the value. Excessive water pressure can easily cause the failure of the gas-water linkage structure, and even "wash hammer", damage the lubrication of the machine and other disadvantages. The general working pressure of water pressure is 0.2-0.3 MPa.
