1. The newly-purchased
pneumatic pavement breaker is coated with anti-rust grease with high viscosity, and must be disassembled clearly before use. When reassembling, lubricate the surfaces of moving parts. After it is installed, connect the pneumatic pavement breaker to the compressed air pipeline and run it with a small wind to check whether it is operating normally.
2. Inject lubricating oil into the automatic lubricator, commonly used lubricating oil is 20 #, 30 #, 40 # engine oil. The container for lubricating oil should be clean and covered to prevent rock dust and dirt from entering the oil injector.
3. Check the wind and water pressure at the work place. Wind pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa, too high wind pressure will accelerate the damage of mechanical parts, too low will reduce rock drilling efficiency and corrosion of mechanical parts. The water pressure is generally 0.2-0.3MPa. If the water pressure is too high, water will be poured into the machine to damage the lubrication, reducing the efficiency of the pneumatic road crusher and corroding mechanical parts; if it is too low, the flushing effect is poor.
4. Whether the drill used by the
pneumatic road crusher meets the quality requirements, the use of unqualified drills is prohibited.
5. The air pipe is connected to the pneumatic road crusher, and the air should be deflated to blow out the dirt in the pipe. The water connection pipeline should be cleaned of the dirt at the joint, and the air pipe and water pipe must be tightened to prevent falling off and hurting people.
6. Insert the tail of the drill into the pneumatic road crusher and turn the drill clockwise. If it does not move, it means there is a jam in the machine and it should be dealt with in time.
7. Tighten the connecting bolts and open the air pipe to check the operation of the propeller. Only normal operation can start work.
8. The rail-type pneumatic road crusher should set up the pillars and check the operation of the propeller. The gas leg rock drill and the upward rock drill must check the flexibility of the gas legs.
9. The
pneumatic pavement breaker should require the hydraulic system to have a good seal to prevent the hydraulic oil from being contaminated and to ensure that the hydraulic oil has a constant pressure.
