(1) Before ventilating the
air leg rock drill, the handle of the pressure regulating valve should be moved to the "O" position to prevent the air leg from elongating suddenly during the ventilation and an accident may occur.
(2) When using an
air leg rock drill to drill a hole, test run first, and run for about 10 minutes under low pressure (0.3 MPa) or half-driving, and check for abnormal operation.
(3) When the air leg rock drill is opened, start the rock drill with a small wind, and gradually drive the whole car to rock while the air leg jacking force gradually increases. Do not push too fast and push too fast to prevent the eye from deviating. Do not drive the whole car suddenly when the thrust of the air leg is at the maximum, so as to avoid injury. After the eye position is in the right position, after the drill bit is set and started to drill into the rock, normal rock drilling can be performed with optimal impact, torque and propulsion according to different lithologies.
(4) The gas and water supply pressure of air leg rock drill should be within the specified range. If the pressure is too high, it will accelerate the wear of parts or the phenomenon of "hammer washing"; if the pressure is too low, the rock drilling efficiency will be reduced and the eyelet cleaning effect will be poor. Not even rock drilling normally.
(5) The
air leg rock drill should not be used for a long time to run the whole car empty, especially "violently". Prevent the cylinder temperature from becoming too high and the parts being scratched or damaged.
(6) If the air leg rock drill encounters cracks, caves, or other reasons, it should reduce the impact force, increase the rotation speed, and even stop the impact. It completely depends on rotation and strong blowing to avoid the failure. Do not continue to drill before the fault is eliminated
(7) When the air leg rock drill cannot be started during the impact of the wind, the control valve installed on the equipment must be shut down, and the remaining air in the air pipe must be exhausted before restarting.
(8) It is advisable to pull the drill with half a car when pulling out the drill with an air leg rock drill. When the drill head is about to withdraw from the eyelet, it is also necessary to control the turning and pulling speed to prevent the drill rod from being shaken too much.
(9) After the drilling of the
air leg rock drill is completed, the unit must retreat to a safe area and be securely installed to avoid damaging the equipment during blasting.
