Replace the throttle valve of
rig fittings: 1. Replace the valve plate and seat: remove the pressure of the valve cavity, remove the cover bolt, and remove the valve plate and the above part of the valve cover together. Remove slotted round nuts, switch pins, hexagonal screws, front and rear stop caps, then the cylinder valve plate can be replaced and the seat can be replaced at the same time. Clean the valve cavity with special care at the sealing surface. To replace the plate and seat, fill the gap between the plate and the bonnet boss with seal grease, and fill the top cover with calcium-based oil to lubricate the bearing.
2, replace the lip seal packing: first remove the pressure of the valve chamber, then remove the shield, round nut, hand wheel, bearing gland, bearing, packing gland, and then replace the lip seal packing.
3. Replace the bearing: remove the shield, round nut, handwheel and bearing gland, and then replace the bearing. If you want to replace the bearing, remove the stem nut, bearing clearance bearing cover adjustment, after the adjustment, rotating handwheel should be flexible, no resistance.
