1. Preparations before using the air leg rock drill
For new machines, the cleaning parts must be disassembled, lubricated with oil, and used after assembly. Before using the machine, blow off the debris in the air pipe and water pipe to prevent stolen materials from entering the machine body, which will cause the wear of the machine body components to accelerate. At the same time, the flexibility and reliability of each mechanism and the connection of various parts must be carefully checked to ensure the normal operation of the machine after it is turned on. Before the machine is running, the lubricator should be filled with lubricating oil, adjust the oil quantity, and make the machine work under normal lubrication conditions.
2.The use of air leg rock drill machine operation handle
The operation of the machine is concentrated on the handle body. The handle of the operation valve is the main switch controlled by the machine. It is the control mechanism of gas-water linkage and strong purging. It is necessary to coordinate the various parts. The handle of the pressure regulating valve is used to control the movement speed of the air leg and adjust the shaft thrust. The pressure regulating valve pushes the handle clockwise from the right to the left, and the shaft thrust can be adjusted steplessly from 0 kN to 1.4 kN (when the pressure is 0.5 MPa). Conversely, if the pressure regulating valve pushes the handle clockwise from the left to the right, the thrust of the pneumatic leg shaft can be adjusted to zero, and the expansion and contraction of the pneumatic leg is stopped. The air leg quick retraction plate machine is used to control the reversing valve to reverse the direction, so that the leg is retracted quickly. During the work of the rock drill, if one push of the air leg does not meet the drilling depth requirements, the fulcrum position of the air leg on the ground needs to be moved. You only need to hook the pressure switch valve to the retracted position of the air leg. Retracts quickly without closing the control valve and pressure regulator.
