A drilling rig is a complex machine consisting of machines, units and mechanisms. The drilling rig is a mechanical device that drives the drilling tool to drill underground and obtain physical geological data in the development of exploration or mineral resources (including solid ore, liquid ore, gas ore, etc.). Also known as a drilling machine. The main function is to drive the drill to break the rock at the bottom of the hole, and to drill or push the drill in the hole. It can be used to drill cores, cores, cuttings, gas samples, liquid samples, etc., to explore underground geology and mineral resources.

1. The drilling work place should be kept clean.
2. When installing and disassembling the rig, it must be correct and complete.
3. When the mast of the rig is raised and lowered, the operator should stand in a safe position.
4. When starting the motor, all the friction clutches of the rig should be turned on.
5. When the rig is working, it is strictly forbidden to remove the protective cover.
6. Before starting work, check the reliability of the brakes and the working performance of the friction clutch and starter.
7. It is forbidden to inspect the rig before the motor is stopped.
8. When working on the rig, it is strictly forbidden to tighten any parts of the rig.
9. When the rig is running, it is strictly forbidden to refuel. The upper pulley of the mast should be refueled when the rig is stopped.
10. It is not allowed to work on the mast before the motor is stopped.
11. Under no circumstances should the person in the upper section of the mast be allowed to stay under the mast.

12. In case of bad weather (rainstorm, heavy snow, icing or wind above level 5),  Do not work on the mast. At the same time, artificial lighting is not allowed to work on the mast.
13. It is strictly forbidden to use the stranded wire rope.
14. When the drill is raised and lowered, it is strictly forbidden to touch the wire rope by hand.
15. Except for drilling and lowering, lower drilling pipe, etc., the wellhead is strictly forbidden to open.
16. In order to prevent the drilling tool or the pump from being pulled out of the well, it must be hooked with a hook made of a steel rod with a diameter of 15 to 20 mm.
17. When cleaning the pump, it should be looped with a solid and reliable wire rope, and placed at the lower end of the pump to turn it over.
18. All workers should leave the well when lifting or lowering the casing with a pulley and when the machine is working.
