First, the rig regularly checks the project
1. 2. Regularly check the condition of various power heads, working cylinders and drill bits;
3. Regularly check the reel-proof wire rope falling-off device of the hoist and the height of the edge of the two sides, the condition of the reel wall, and the number of weeks on the reel of the wire rope. In particular, the condition of the brake port should be checked at any time. ;
4. Inspection of electrical system, the main inspection items are: special electric box setting and short circuit protection and leakage protection device, emergency power off switch, electric box damping device, cable fixing on working device, lighting line, grounding line are strictly prohibited. Flow zero line, etc.
Second, the rig should be checked at any time
1. Check the consolidation of the wire rope end;
The contents of the wire rope inspection are: the number of safety rings of the wire rope, the selection, installation and lubrication of the wire rope, the defect inspection of the wire rope, such as the diameter and wear of the wire rope, the number of broken wires of the wire rope, etc.;
2. Check the pulley system of the drilling machine at any time. The main inspection items are: the condition of the pulley body and the anti-jumping device of the transition pulley;
3. Check the walking system of the drilling rig at any time. The main inspection items are: the condition of the pile machine, the card board and the hook pipe system, and the laying of the sleeper;
Third, do a good job of rig maintenance and repair records, the replacement parts should have a detailed record to ensure that the spare parts are used within the validity period, or keep abreast of the time of the next replacement;
4. If the rig is faulty, stop the operation immediately and do not use it until the fault is not eliminated.
Replacement of the throttle valve throttle valve: 1. Replace the valve plate and valve seat: Remove the valve cavity pressure, remove the valve cover bolt, and take the valve plate together with the above part of the valve cover. Remove the slotted round nut, switch pin, hex screw, front and rear stop caps, then replace the cylindrical valve plate and replace the valve seat. Care should be taken to clean the valve cavity. Replace the valve plate and seat with a new one. Fill the gap between the valve plate and the boss of the bonnet with the sealing grease, and fill the inside of the cover with calcium-based lubricant to lubricate the bearing.
2. Replace the lip seal packing: first remove the valve cavity pressure, then remove the shroud, round nut, hand wheel, bearing gland, bearing, packing gland, and then replace the lip seal packing.
3, replace the bearing: remove the shield, round nut, hand wheel, bearing gland, then you can replace the bearing. To replace the lower bearing, the stem nut needs to be removed, and the bearing clearance is adjusted by the bearing cover. After the adjustment is completed, the rotating hand wheel should be flexible and free from jamming.
