China Coal Group Holds Special Safety Production Training to Lay a Solid Safety Foundation for High-Quality Development

On March 18, under the careful guidance of the Federation of Trade Unions of Jining Hi-tech Zone, China Coal Group's 2026 Special Safety Production Training Lecture was successfully held in the No.1 Meeting Room of the group. More than 50 cadres and employees from all workshops and departments gathered together, and further consolidated the enterprise's safety production defense line through professional and systematic learning.

Centering on the core requirements of safety production, this training delivered targeted lectures focusing on three key modules: first, an in-depth interpretation of the significance, implementation path and on-the-ground operation norms of the construction of the dual prevention mechanism for safety production; second, a detailed specification of the practical standards for hierarchical control, dynamic update and hidden danger investigation and treatment of three-level risk points in workshops, teams and posts; third, the popularization of professional knowledge such as the identification of dangerous and harmful factors. The course content was closely integrated with production practice, highlighting pertinence and practicality, and providing a clear action guide for grass-roots safety management.

After the training, Xu Weiwei, Chairman of the Group's Trade Union and Production Factory Director of China Transportation Machinery Factory, and Sun Qinglu, Production Factory Director of China Coal Precision Factory, were interviewed by Jining Hi-tech Zone TV Station respectively. They stated that the training not only deepened the understanding of risk prevention and control as well as hidden danger management, but also injected new impetus into leading the team to implement safety production responsibilities in the future. They will transform what they have learned and understood into practical management measures, and promote the in-depth rooting of safety concepts in the minds of all staff.

This training is an important practice for China Coal Group to consolidate the main responsibility for safety production and strengthen the safety literacy of all employees. It has effectively improved employees' capabilities in risk prevention and control and hidden danger management, and promoted the transformation of safety management from post-incident disposal to pre-incident prevention.
