China Coal Group Successfully On-Site Product Inspection Passed National Safety Standard Inspection Center Experts

On August 18-19, Yang Jintao, the director of National Safety Production Changsha Mining Machinery and Electricity Testing and Inspection Center, and Zhao Yunxiao, the expert, visited China Coal Group, and carried out on-site product inspection on many types of dispatching winches, column winches, slurry spraying machines, and mine car series products. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of China Coal Group and General Manager of China Transportation Group, Shao Hua, Executive Vice President of China Coal Group and General Manager of Manufacturing Corporation, Zang Congli, Assistant General Manager of China Coal Group and Director of Purchasing Center, Zhou Yong, Director of China Coal Machinery Factory, Li Qinglong, Director of China Transportation Machinery Factory, Sun Qinglu, Director of China Coal Precision Factory, Sun Fuxing, Director of China Coal Group Metallic Structural Components Factory, accompanied the experts and other leaders.

The expert group visited the digital production workshop of coal mining equipment, intelligent production workshop of excavator and technology research and development center of the Group, and learned in detail about the mining products from raw material procurement to the production process as well as product quality control procedures, etc., which was fully affirmed and highly recognized by the two experts. Subsequently, the two experts, through on-site visit and evidence collection, on-site sampling and testing, etc., reviewed in detail and conducted on-site inspection of the Group's products and related technical data of many models, such as bottom unloading mine car, single-side curved-track side-unloading mine car, scheduling winch, column winch, and slurry spraying machine, and so on.

During the evaluation meeting, the expert group highly praised our group's efforts in attaching great importance to enterprise safety production and safety certification of mining products over the years, meanwhile, it also put forward suggestions on the relevant technical details of production, and encouraged our group to respond positively to the requirements of the national safety production, strictly control the quality, and produce more high-tech and modernized mining machinery and equipment. After the strict, objective and fair audit by the evaluation group of experts on the production site, technical data, on-site inspection, production process and other aspects of the series of mining products, the series of mining products produced by our group have reached the national coal safety certification standards in all the audit indexes, and have successfully passed the inspection of coal safety products.
