Precautions For Air Leg Rock Drill

1. The air leg rock drill is filled with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. It should be disassembled and cleaned before use. When reassembling, the mating surface should be coated with lubricating oil before use.

2. When the air leg rock drill is connected to the air pipe, the sundries in the pipe must be blown out to prevent the sundries from damaging the machine parts.

3. Before starting the air leg rock drill, it is necessary to carefully check whether the operating mechanisms and running parts are assembled correctly and reliably. The lubricator should be filled with lubricating oil and the amount of oil should be adjusted.

4. After the air leg rock drill is finished, cut off the water source and run it lightly for a while to blow off the remaining water droplets in the machine to prevent the parts from rusting.

5. The commonly used air leg rock drill should be maintained and repaired regularly. It should be checked at least once a week to remove the dirt inside the machine and replace damaged and failed parts.

6. If the used air leg rock drill is stored for a long time, it must be disassembled, washed, degreased, and placed in a cool and dry place.
