If the oil is not qualified, drain the oil thoroughly and clean the fuel tank. Then, add clean oil through the air filter screen. If necessary, clean the hydraulic system.

3. Regularly inspect and clean the hydraulic roof bolter jack and each screw, apply grease, and regularly add lubricating oil to the surface of the body guide rail.

4. It is necessary to frequently rinse the gap between the hydraulic roof bolter chuck and the gripper slip with high-pressure water to remove rock powder.

5. Check if there is any leakage at the oil pipe joint of the roof bolter.

6. Check whether the lever claw on the gripper slide plate moves flexibly and whether the bearing rotates flexibly. Regularly lubricate the bearing through the grease nozzle in front of the gripper and apply grease to the slide plate.

7. To ensure the oil level in the gearbox, change the oil every three months.

8. Each shift injects oil to lubricate the thrust bearing inside the transmission shaft, and the exposed hexagonal sleeve shaft is frequently cleaned and kept clean, allowing it to slide freely in the casing. Ensure that all interfaces of the water toilet are tight and not leaking. If there is any leakage, the sealing ring should be replaced in a timely manner.

9. Regularly check the hydraulic components and seals of the hydraulic roof bolter. If there is leakage, it should be dealt with in a timely manner and replaced if necessary.

10. During drilling, check the temperature rise of each rotating component and oil tank at any time. Usually, when the oil temperature is below, carry out no-load operation to increase the oil temperature. The oil temperature in the oil tank should not exceed, otherwise the cooler should be used to cool down in a timely manner, and the cooling water pressure should not exceed.

11. Based on the operation and sound of the roof bolter, timely judge the wear and tear of the drill bit in the drilling hole. If the wear and tear are severe, replace the drill bit in a timely manner.
