Disassembly and assembly of the air leg rock drill is a necessary skill for each drill operator. Sometimes, the transportation equipment is limited and the drilling rig cannot be directly installed. At this time, the air leg rock drill shall be disassembled and assembled after arriving at the site. Pay attention to these points when disassembling and assembling the air leg rock drill.



1. Air Leg Rock Drill Precautions for disassembly and assembly



(1) Wear protective glasses to avoid eye injuries caused by chipping;



(2) Pay attention to safety, and avoid sudden falling off of parts;



(3) The place for disassembling and assembling the internal combustion rock drill shall be clean, clean and free of sundries;



(4) The force shall be light and balanced, and it is not allowed to disassemble or damage the parts by force;



(5) Pay attention to the assembly position of the original parts to facilitate the assembly after maintenance;



(6) Do not use the piston as a hammer.



(7) The removed parts shall be properly stored and shall not be lost or damaged. All parts shall be cleaned before assembly. If kerosene or gasoline is used for cleaning, no fireworks must be allowed around to ensure safety



(8) All parts shall be checked for accuracy, qualified parts shall be installed, and unqualified parts shall be repaired or replaced; Before assembly, each friction surface shall be coated with lubricating grease, and the valve core of the air distribution mechanism shall be free from movement.



(9) The two long bolts shall be tightened uniformly, and the pre tightening force shall meet the requirements.



2. Disassembly sequence of internal combustion Air Leg Rock Drill 


(1) First, remove the air leg, muffler, air pipe, water pipe, drill rod and other auxiliary components.



(2) Remove the oil injector; Remove the handle nut, and take out the water needle and its jacket;



(3) Remove 2 tension bolts; Remove the handle.



(4) Separate the machine head from the guide sleeve, and take out the rotating sleeve and drill sleeve from the machine head.



(5) Separate the guide sleeve and cylinder block and take out the piston; Separate the cylinder block and the handle, and remove the spiral rod; Remove the valve from the cylinder block.



(6) Remove the ratchet wheel and three valves (control valve, pressure regulating valve and reversing valve) from the handle.
