The pneumatic pavement breaker is a hand-held machine tool. The pneumatic pick is composed of a gas distribution mechanism, an impact mechanism, and a pick drill. Therefore, it is required to have a compact structure and be portable. Pneumatic pavement breaker belongs to a kind of pneumatic tools that hold pneumatic tools, and has a wide range of applications in industries such as mining production and construction.

Pneumatic pavement breaker is composed of air distribution mechanism, impact mechanism and pick drill. The impact mechanism is a thick-walled cylinder with an impact hammer that can reciprocate along the inner wall of the cylinder. The tail of the pick is inserted into the front end of the cylinder, and the rear end of the cylinder is equipped with a valve box.

When working with pneumatic pavement breaker, make the pick brace against the construction surface, the other end is connected to the cylinder, the handle sleeve is pushed, the spring of the plunger valve is compressed, and the air path is connected.

There are many longitudinal air holes around the cylinder wall for air distribution. The valve then automatically distributes air, and the rear end of the cylinder is equipped with an air distribution valve box. Make the pneumatic pavement breaker reciprocate continuously, hit the shank tail, and break the construction body.
