1. Failure caused by low working pressure of  gasoline rock drill

2. Broken water needle of  gasoline rock drill

Remedy: If the center hole of the drill is not correct, replace the drill; if the matching gap between the drill and the drill sleeve is too large, the drill sleeve is worn from the opposite side of the hexagon to 25mm, which does not meet the standard. 3. The gas-water linkage failure of the  gasoline rock drill occurred 

The main reasons for the failure of the air-water linkage failure are: excessive water pressure, blockage of the air and water channels, failure of the water injection valve spring, air leakage, water leakage, rubber ring failure, and corrosion of parts in the water injection valve. Remedy: If the water pressure is too high, pressure reduction measures should be adopted; the air and water channels should be blocked, and the clogged debris in the small holes of the air and water channels should be removed; if the water injection valve spring fails, the spring should be replaced or repaired in time; water leakage, air leakage or glue If the ring fails, the seal should be replaced or repaired; the parts in the water injection valve should be rusted and cleaned, and the failure caused by more than two reasons should be comprehensively treated.
