There are four types of common faults. Today, let me talk about the first type of problems:
(1): The impact of the gasoline rock drill is weak, that is, the piston can hit the shank, but it feels that the power is not as good as Judgment and exclusion:
1). Is the flow rate and pressure insufficient? That is, whether the flow rate reaches 90L/min and whether the pressure reaches 10~16Mpa. Exclusion: Check the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system carefully, and adjust the overflow valve or pressure reducing valve under the operating valve table. If it still cannot be adjusted, the system flow and pressure must be adjusted directly from the pump. If it still does not work, you must change a pump, because after the pump is used for a long time, the oil distribution pan will wear out, which will affect the normal displacement of the pump.
2). Does the nitrogen in the energy storage device of the rock drill still have a pressure of 6~7Mpa? Exclusion: Remove the energy storage device from the rock drill and insert a welding rod or other thin and blunt object into the small hole on the back of the energy storage device for inspection Check if there is still nitrogen. If you can plug it in and prove that there is no nitrogen, you need to disassemble the accumulator to check whether the diaphragm or sealing ring is damaged? If the diaphragm sealing ring is broken, replace it with a new membrane or sealing ring and fill it with nitrogen 6~7Mpa.
3) Are the mechanical connections on the rock drill reliable? Exclude: Use a wrench to tighten all threaded connections The connections, such as the water jacket nut, the four high-strength bolts connecting the drilled part and the impact part, are sufficient.
4) The rock drill has been used for too long, and the gap between the piston and the front and rear cylinder sleeves becomes larger due to wear, which makes the internal leakage of the impact part too large, resulting in the impact pressure cannot rise. Elimination: Replace the piston and front and rear cylinder liners.
