Hydraulic system The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic oil pumps (double pumps), hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, hard pipes, hoses, oil filters, pressure gauges and other hydraulic components. This system is simple in structure, reliable in function and easy to use. The hydraulic oil is compressed by the oil pump, the system pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the reversing valve controls the running direction of the oil cylinder or the steering of the hydraulic motor to complete various actions required by the drilling rig. The fast forward and fast speed of the drilling tool is completed by the confluence of the double pumps. Retreat and revolve. Adjust the speed control valve, determine the rotation speed, and ensure the rotation speed of the drilling tool during drilling; adjust the advance relief valve, determine the advance pressure, adjust the anti-axis pressure relief valve, determine the anti-axis pressure during advance; advance the pressure and anti-axis When the drilling is started, the anti-axis pressure is adjusted to the minimum, and the thrust axial pressure is slightly larger; as the drilling depth is deeper, the number of drill pipes increases, and the propulsion force is gradually increased. At this time, the anti-axis needs to be increased. pressure, At the same time, reduce the propulsion pressure to ensure that the axial pressure of the impactor is the best value during drilling, so as to ensure reasonable drilling efficiency. The set pressure of the safety valve is higher than the system pressure value.
